RECEPTION OF GOODS
Upon receipt of goods, transport arranged by us or the client, our team examines the products to ensure they are in good order and immediately records them in our ERP systems
STORAGE
Our facilities currently handle over 10,000 unique SKU’s in three different temperature classes including ambient (15 to 25°C), refrigerated (2 to 8°C) and freezer (-5 to -25°C)
BATCH RELEASE
Our own in-house Qualified Person can handle batch release processes, audits and follow-up if requested by our clients.
LABELING
As a GMP certified facility for secondary packaging, we are able to offer labeling, if required by clients
ORDERS
Orders are accepted by digital as well as analog means, varying by end-customer capabilities. We also offer our clients an IT platform for direct order entry
PICKING
Alongside our highly trained, experienced and motivated warehouse team, our picking protocols and philosophy are focused on ensuring accuracy for each and every order
BILLING
Invoicing is handled by our team on a daily basis according to the activities of that day. Our clients can rest assured that billing is also handled with great care
PACKING
Our team carefully handles the products to be shipped, packing items securely and to the specifications of our clients. We have many processes and systems in place to ensure that orders are correctly fulfilled every time
SHIPPING
We currently deliver to over 7,000 locations across the BeNeLux and worldwide, including pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, wholesalers, retailers (incl. chains such as Watsons, Ahold, etc.) and others
COLLECTION
Bill collections are followed up closely. If payment terms are not respected, we manage the process of reminders, registered letters, etc. as required and in agreement with our clients
CUSTOMER SUPPORT
At the request of our client we’re also able to handle their customer support requirements in multiple languages
RETURNS
Although we all hope that returns are rare, they do occur. We have everything in place to coordinate and handle returned goods and to support our clients with the resulting demands
DESTRUCTION
We provide destruction services through authorised providers following local regulations. Once destruction has been arranged, a certificate is issued and a full dossier is kept in archive
